Erasmus and Exchange students you’re officially invited to the Welcome Ceremony for the beginning of the semester organized by the Esn in collaboration with the Internatinonal Office of the University Milano Bicocca!
This is the official kick off of the Welcome Week, you can’t miss it!
There will be for you a welcome bag with gadgets, useful info and discounts. 

There will be the official welcome speech by:
The Pro Rettore to the Internationalization Dott. Biondi
The Responsible of the International Office Dott.ssa Cofler
The President of Esn Italy Fabrizio Bitetto
The Cidis, for the students houses and the CUS, for the sport activities, will be there and give you information. 
The international office will do a presentation with all the info you need to know about university life.

Esn will do a presentation about its activities and the events of the second semester , save the date!

The ceremony will end with a little show by the Bicocca Choir offered by QUA_SI Bicocca.
After the presentation you will have the opportunity to join the Esn world and do the Esn card!

> WHEN: Thursday 26th February at 16:00

> WHERE: U9-11

At the end of the Ceremony we will offer you the typical Milanese aperitivo at Enikma café, at 18.00.

This great day will end with a party at The Club,

Studenti internazionali siete ufficialmente invitati alla Cerimonia di Benvenuto di inizio semestre organizzata da Esn in collaborazione con l’Ufficio Internazionale dell’Università Milano Bicocca.
Questo è l’inizio ufficiale della Welcome Week, non potete perderlo! 
CI sarà per voi in regalo un Welcome kit con gadget, informazioni utili e sconti.

Saranno presenti e vi descriveranno le loro attività: il Cidis, per le informazioni sulle residenze, il CUS, per le attività sportive per l’Università di Bicocca.
L’Ufficio di Mobilità internazionale terrà una presentazione con le informazioni utili sulla vostra vita universitaria. 

Esn farà una presentazione delle sue attività e degli eventi del semestre, prendete appunti per le date!

La cerimonia si concluderà con un momento musicale del coro dell’Università da parte di QUA_SI Bicocca. 
Potrete lì entrare nel mondo Esn, facendo la Esn CARD!

A seguire vi offriremo il tipico aperitivo milanese presso il bar Enikma, alle ore 18.00.
