As you know EN stands for “EVENTO NAZIONALE”, and it will be the event where all the international students from everywhere in Italy will gather in Sibari (Cosenza) with the only purpose of having the best time of their lives!
The EVENTO NAZIONALE is the biggest ESN event of the year, more than 3000 erasmus students will meet and spend 4 amazing days bathing, sunbathing and partying in one of the most famous beach resort in Italy!

IT WILL BE OPEN STARTING ON SATURDAY 25TH of March AT 3.00 PM. BE READY WITH AN ID DOCUMENT AND ESN CARD
We’ll contact you for the payments, that will start on Monday 27th of March in our offices!
Be sure to be the first to apply, places are limited, and everybody wants to be part of the event of the year!

> WHEN: from Thursday 25th to Sunday 28th of May. Departure from Milan on Wednesday 24th of May.
>THE FEE:
The fee will be will include:
- Three nights (25, 26, 27 of May) in shared rooms
- Three Breakfasts
- Three Lunches
- Three Dinners
- Trip to the archaeological site of Sibari*
- Visit to the city of Corigliano*
*both trips will need previous booking. To participate, bring 5 euros of deposit for each trip at the ESN office. Once you’ll have participated to the trip, you’ll get this deposit back. If you don’t go to the trip, you’ll loose this deposit.
- Animation & Security
- Welcome kit
- Insurance
- Outward journey by night train from Milan (departure on WEDNESDAY 24th at 8.00 PM) to Paola and then by bus to the resort.
- 2 Parties everyday, one in the afternoon and one in the night, at the resort.
IMPORTANT:
- the return trip to Milan by train on Sunday 28th of May is optional
we decided to give the choice to choose if you want to come back with us at the end of the event, or to travel a bit somewhere else, since we'll be already in the south!
- each of the participant will have to pay the desposit for the resort (it will be given back to you, after the check of the rooms)
>PAYMENTS:
- from Monday 27th of March until Thursday 30th of March
You will have to pay cash in ESN Office the first part of the fee.
If you want to pay by bank transfer, you can do it until Tuesday 28th of March and send your proof of payment to Marco (tesoriere@esnbicocca.it).
- until Friday 7th of April
You will have to pay the second part of the fee and te extra for the train back
You can also pay in one part, with cash, until Thursday 30th of March at the ESN Office, or by Bank transfer until Tuesday 28th of March ( send your proof of payment to Marco tesoriere@esnbicocca.it).

Come sapete EN sta per “EVENTO NAZIONALE”, sarà il momento in cui tutti gli studenti internazionali da tutta Italia si riuniranno a Sibari (Cosenza) con il solo scopo di divertirsi, conoscersi e passare insieme l’esperienza migliore del vostro Erasmus!
L'EVENTO NAZIONALE è il più grande evento ESN dell'anno, più di 3000 studenti erasmus si incontreranno per trascorrere 4 fantastici giorni fra sole, bagni e feste in una delle località balneari più famose in Italia!

La fee includerà:

* Entrambi i viaggi avranno bisogno di prenotazione. Per partecipare, pagare 5 euro di cauzione per ogni viaggio all’ufficio ESN. Una volta che avrete partecipato al viaggio, si otterrà indietro la cauzione. Se non si va al viaggio, la cauzione viene persa.

IMPORTANTE:
-il viaggio di ritorno per Milano in treno, Domenica 28 Maggio è opzionale
Abbiamo deciso di darvi la possibilità di scegliere se tornare con noi oppure viaggiare ancora un po' e tornare per conto vostro, dal momento che saremo già al sud!
-in aggiunta, ogni partecipante dovrà pagare la cauzione all'hotel per eventuali danni (poi verranno restituiti a fine soggiorno, dopo una verifica danni alle camere)
PAGAMENTI.
- da Lunedì 27 Marzo fino a Giovedì 30 Marzo
Pagamento in contanti presso l'ufficio ESN della prima parte della fee.
se volete pagare tramite bonifico bancario, è possibile entro Martedì 28 Marzo, Dopo aver pagato, mandate la prova di pagamento a Marco (tesoriere@esnbicocca.it).
- entro venerdì 7 Aprile
Pagamento della seconda parte della fee, e gli opzionali del treno di ritorno
