Are you ready to energize yourselves with some outdoor activity after all the crazy parties?!
We are going to do CANOEING at the IDROSCALO (via Circonvallazione Idroscalo – Segrate) of Milan, which is one of the best place where you can chill out and be in contact with nature in the city.
WHEN and WHERE? Sunday, 28th September
The meeting point is in San Babila ( M1 red line) at 9.00 where we will take the bus together. Be on time! The activity will start at 10.00 at the park.
PLAN? We are going to have fun for three hours starting from 10 a.m.
Bring some food and something to drink because we are going to have a PIC NIC after the canoeing session. ESN staff will have a special surprise for you!
CONTRIBUTION: 16 euro, including the sport activity. Just 20 spots available!
Come to the ESN office to subscribe for it!! Our office is in U6 , floor -1.

Siete pronti a riacquistare un po’ di energie positive con un’attività all’aria aperta dopo tutte le feste?
Andiamo a fare CANOA all’ IDROSCALO ( Via Circonvallazione Idroscalo – Segrate) di Milano, che è uno dei più bei posti in cui rilassarsi ed essere in contatto con la natura in città.
DOVE E QUANDO? Domenica 28 Settembre.
Punto di ritrovo in San Babila ( M1 linea rossa) alle 9.00, da li prenderemo in bus tutti assieme. Siate in orario! L’attività comincerà alle 10.00 al parco.
PIANO? Ci divertiremo sulle canoe con un percorso della durata di 3 ore, iniziando alle 10.00.
Portate del cibo e qualcosa da bere perché dopo la canoa ci fermeremo nel parco per un PIC NIC. Esn ha in serbo una sorpresa per voi.
CONTRIBUTO DI PARTECIPAZIONE: 16 euro, include l’attività sportiva. Ci sono solo 20 posti disponibili!

Estáis listos para recuperar un poco de energias positivas con una actividad al aire libre después de todas las fiestas?
Vamos a hacer CANOTAJE a IDROSCALO (via Circonvallazione Idroscalo – Segrate) de Milan, que es uno de los mejores lugares para relajarse y tener contacto con la naturaleza en ciudad.
¿DONDE Y CUANDO? Domingo 28 de Septiembre.
El punto de encuentro es San Babila (M1 línea Roja) a las 9.00, donde tomaremos el bus juntos. Que lleguéis a tiempo! La actividad empezará a las 10.00 al parque.
¿PLAN? Disfrutaremos del canotaje por un tiempo de 3 horas a partir de las 10.00.
Se pide que traigáis algo para comer y beber porque después del canotaje vamos a tener un PIC-NIC en el parque. ¡ESN tiendrá una sorpresa especial para vosotros!
COSTE DE PARTICIPACION: 16 euros, incluido la actividad deportiva. Hay solo 20 plazas disponibles! Os esperamos a la oficina ESN para iscribiros! Nuestra oficina está en U6, planta -1.
